The two largest shredders are manual offset, return to center with optional hydraulic offset. Two style of blades can be purchased, hammer knives or double Y blades. These blades are also interchangeable on the same shredders. The low profile design of the machine aids when working in tight areas.

These shredders feature 4 internal re-cutter bars to reduce the brush until it is finely shredded. The rake teeth keep the material inside the mower hood to reach a consistency of decomposable mulch. The large 10 inch diameter rotor is mounted with drop forged hammer knives giving optimum shredding performance. These shredders are specially designed for severe conditions of orchard brush, but can also be used in weed abatements, tall grasses, heavy weeds, and cover crops.

Our GCF Series Mower/Shredders are now designed for front or rear tractor mount. To front mount, just re-bolt the A-frame to the back of the shredder. Equipped with a rear deflector which in open position discharges grass and allows tractor speeds up to 6 M.P.H., and in closed position contains and further shreds brush to a finer mulch.

The unit features a ground level pick-up rotor and adjustable upper rotor. The design allows for picking up small branches and large limbs up to 8 inches in diameter. The prunings are then fed into the shredding rotor to produce a fine and uniform mulch. The unit has additional medium and ultra fine shred kits that produce an even finer mulch. This results in a fast biodegradation to the soil. The Pick-Up Mulcher is particularly suitable for orchards, vineyards and other applications.
